From activity to payment

Activity
Visitors using your widget: conversations, form starts, clicks. Activity alone earns nothing.

Reported conversion
A buyer or partner reports an action. It still needs verification.

Verified earnings
The conversion has been confirmed against buyer reporting and our review.

Held
Verified commission waiting out a hold period, collection from the buyer, or a risk review.

Payable
Revenue has been collected from the buyer and your commission has been approved.

Paid
The payable commission has been sent to you under your agreement’s payment terms.
Not every click, call or lead is payable. A buyer’s quoted price is not revenue, and reported or pending amounts may change after verification.
No subscription fee
Approved publishers don’t pay for the software, hosting or maintenance. BillyConnect earns its share from buyers only when eligible activity is paid for. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on your traffic, approved categories and buyer availability.
Invalid traffic earns nothing
- Traffic must be legitimate and compliant.
- Invalid or fraudulent activity does not generate commissions.
- Substantiated invalid transactions can be withheld or reversed.
- Fraud can lead to immediate suspension; material violations to termination.
- Improper payments may be recovered.
