These draft terms govern use of this website and the publisher application. They are pending legal approval and do not replace the separate Publisher Agreement.

BillyConnect is operated by Leadgen Network Organization, Inc., 30771 Milford Rd, New Hudson, MI 48165.
Pilot status
BillyConnect is preparing a controlled pilot. Demonstrations do not place real calls, submit leads, activate advertiser links or generate payable commissions.
Applications
Provide accurate information about your business, website and traffic. Submitting an application creates a pending application only—not a publisher account, widget access or administrator access. We may approve or decline any application.
Commercial terms
Approved publishers may use Billy without a software subscription fee. Eligibility, qualifying revenue, revenue share, holds, reversals and payment schedules are governed solely by an approved Publisher Agreement. No earnings or conversion results are guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Do not submit fabricated applications, impersonate another business, automate submissions, manipulate the demo or attempt unauthorized access.
Intellectual property
The Billy character, BillyConnect name and site content are protected. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Before launch
Liability, warranties, termination, dispute resolution and governing-law provisions require legal approval.
