Who we are
BillyConnect is operated by Leadgen Network Organization, Inc., 30771 Milford Rd, New Hudson, MI 48165.
Publisher applications and contact messages
We collect company and contact names, business email, website, service verticals, traffic sources, approximate traffic, country and any description or comments you provide. We store consent evidence and a one-way hash of your network address for spam and abuse protection. This information is used only to evaluate and respond to you and is visible only to authorized internal staff. Staff receive an internal email notification summarizing each submission.
Website analytics
We record privacy-conscious usage events on this website (for example page views, button clicks, demo starts and form completions). We do not use advertising cookies for this. Events are linked to a daily-rotating hashed identifier, not to your name or email, and never include form contents or chat messages.
Public Billy demonstration
The demonstration on this website runs in your browser. Messages are not sent to an AI service, are not stored and do not create calls, leads or advertiser clicks.
Billy on publisher websites (AI chatbot)
When Billy runs on an approved publisher site, conversation text may be processed by our AI service provider to understand the visitor’s request. We store conversation records, service category, approximate location such as ZIP code, and session identifiers to operate the service, prevent fraud and measure quality.
Tracking and publisher attribution
To credit the right publisher, Billy records the publisher, website, widget, session and conversation identifiers, and may assign a tracking phone number or link identifier. These identifiers connect a consumer action to the originating publisher for commission and fraud-review purposes.
Consumer qualification data and partners
If a visitor chooses to be connected, details needed for that request (such as name, contact information and project details) may be shared with approved service providers, call-routing or lead partners, or advertisers—only after clear consent for that specific action.
Email and SMS
We send marketing email or text messages only where the recipient has given the required authorization. Application and contact submissions are not marketing consent.
Cookies and browser storage
This website uses browser storage needed for administrator sign-in. The Billy widget uses session storage to keep a conversation working. We do not use these for cross-site advertising.
Security and retention
Data is stored with our cloud provider using access controls and encryption in transit. Retention periods for applications, conversations, attribution records and financial records are pending approval and will be published before launch.
Your choices and rights
A privacy contact and procedures for access, correction and deletion requests, and any state-specific rights, must be approved before public launch.
